Montana Elopement Photographer in Glacier National Park

As a Montana & Glacier Elopement Photographer, I’ve explored countless breathtaking locations, and I think Glacier in the winter was the best spot for Tayler & Tanner! They had recently gotten married and wanted some gorgeous shots surrounded by the snowy mountains.

It was a very cold day, but I knew that these two won’t complain, so I was excited to create some magic and deliver some breathtaking shots for them to cherish for the rest of their life.

Lake McDonald, Glacier National Park

I met Tayler, when my barber moved salons and I desperately needed a new person to cut my hair. Thankfully I stumbled upon her and became friends almost immediately. I couldn’t wait for their wedding to be done, so we could explore Glacier and get some stunning shots!

Being surrounded by the beauty of Lake McDonald is something everyone needs to experience. We started at Apgar Village, and these two lovebirds were ready to pose for the camera, haha! And oh, the reflections on the water – pure magic! Now, we can't ignore the elephant in the room (or should I say, the snow in the park?). It was December, and Glacier did not disappoint with its winter wonderland vibes.

The weather was really trying us at one point, but we kept going and the photos are just chef’s kiss. I'm telling you, overcast days are a favorite – rich colors, no harsh shadows, just perfect. The cold didn't faze Tayler and Tanner one bit. They embraced the frosty weather, creating memories as magical as the snowy landscape around them.

I have to give it up to these two; not everyone would brave the cold for their big day, but these two embraced it like pros. While they are barely wearing anything, I’ve got multiple layers on and still freezing.
